Returns & Refunds
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for eligible items.
To qualify, your item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Because our products are made to order, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns.

Final Sale: Custom or made-to-order items (including framed prints, wall art, and mugs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.

To start a return, please contact us at support@riseandrepeatco.com with your order number and a photo of the item.

Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
