Processing Times
Each item is made to order and crafted specifically for you. Orders typically take 5–7 business days to process before shipment. During peak seasons or new releases, processing times may extend slightly.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We currently ship to addresses within the United States only.
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and the item’s size and weight.
Estimated delivery time after processing is 3–7 business days.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with your tracking information. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@riseandrepeatco.com with your order number and photos of the item and packaging.
We’ll work quickly to resolve the issue with a replacement or refund.

Made-to-Order Products
Because each print and product is created upon order, small variations in color, texture, or finish are normal and part of the unique production process.

Final Sale Notice
Custom or made-to-order items (including framed prints, wall art, and mugs) are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged unless damaged or defective.
